Family Constellations is a method to bring balance and harmony, to let go with love, to recognize that we come to this world blessed by a family system with silent rules, loyalty and order. With these assumptions we propose an experiential day to dive deeply into our personal wellbeing, to look at ourselves and to dialogue with our symptoms, relationships and obstacles that are close to our hearts.
